DP System also offers its own SENEMA solution - machine monitoring system.

SENEMA allows on-going monitoring of the OEE coefficient and the analysis of machinery downtime’s causes, location and duration. SENEMA is a software created in cooperation with a team of database programmers with automation systems, meeting the needs that arose in modern companies. This project was created in order to shorten the time of decision-making processes by providing reliable data online. The information that we obtain using our system is independent of the human factor, because it comes directly from the production line control system.

The Senema system was built based on the experience of two companies: DP System limited liability company and Ami-Soft s.c.

Our company also offers implementation services for the COMOS platform. COMOS is software created by SIEMENS for integrated plant management. It is the only solution of this type on the market, offering comprehensive product management ranging from design, through execution, to implementation, and further maintenance. The platform also includes modernization and further product development. What's more, thanks to the open COMOS structure, the user can decide himself/herself whether the software will support the management of the whole production process or only its selected part. COMOS is also the central database of individual objects to which the user has access at any time. COMOS is the only such platform that allows you to integrate data from outside, and even connect other systems. All this ensures a quick and transparent flow of data between those involved in the design and those using the product.

Plant management has never been so productive!
