In connection with implemented and planned investment projects, we are looking for experienced candidates for the position of:
Construction Engineer
Responsibilities:
- control of work progress,
- preparation of documents needed for proper construction work, including, among others:
- review, control and evaluation of technical documentation,
- monitoring the timeliness of deliveries of equipment and materials and their control in terms of compliance of deliveries with the schedule and verified technical documentation,
- preparation of acceptance documentation, as-built documentation,
- completeness of the acceptance documentation in accordance with the requirements, contract and legal provisions;
- close cooperation with the Project Manager, Work Managers, Clients and Subcontractors,
- participation in meetings and technical meetings on construction sites, communication management, organization of meetings;
- coordinating works on the construction site, delegating tasks and controlling the effects of work,
- performing other activities recommended by superiors directly related to the position held.
Requirements:
- higher technical direction education: railways, electrical engineering, electrical power engineering, automation and related fields),
- minimum half a year of experience in the construction process,
- ability to read technical documentation,
- good knowledge of the Office package,
- knowledge of cost calculation programs would be welcome (e.g. Norma),
- fluent computer skills (including office packages),
- ability to work in a team and under time pressure,
- communication skills,
- knowledge of Public Procurement Law and FIDIC,
- SEP (Association of Polish Electrical Eng.) qualification certificate would be welcome.
